The dosage should be singular, and consumed at breakfast. If the tablet looks big and people cannot swallow, they should crush it and take with 5 or 10 ml of water.

Severe side effects occur if people use Levothyroxine medication with other obesity pills. People who use the medicine along with other diet pills may face problems of toxicity. Low thyroid levels in the body cause fatigue, constipation, muscle ache, weight gain, dry skin, and sensitivity to cold, slow heartbeat, dry or brittle hair. All these problems disappear when people start using Levothyroxine tablets.

Sometimes during early stages of dosage, people loose hair. The medication takes time to show impact on the body so people have chances of losing hair. During the medication, if people face problems like diarrhea, insomnia, or weight loss they should consult a doctor immediately.

People having poor medical conditions should stop the drug usage. People with thyrotocicosis, adrenal gland problems, heart attack, and hypertension should take the precautions from doctor before using this drug. The medicine should be stored at room temperature and away from children. Over dose of the drug induces side effects, it’s good to consult a doctor before taking an overdose. Those who use antacids of magnesium, Simethicone, Colestipol etc should leave a 4-hour gap before consuming this tablet.
